All of our cakes are hand-baked and hand-finished for you to enjoy, you must store your cake slice in the fridge ,use for up to 3 days.

  • Crust: Flour, Butter, Sugar, Egg (or egg yolk), a pinch of Salt.

  • Coconut Filling: Shredded Coconut (sweetened or unsweetened), Eggs, Sugar, Butter (melted),veg oil,  Condensed Milk (for richness and moisture), and Vanilla Extract
