1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Florentine Bakery website and the ordering of products. By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2. Florentine Bakery reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
 

2. Products and Ordering
 
2.1. Made-to-Order Items: All bespoke cakes and specialised items advertised for enquiry on the website are made to order. Placing an enquiry does not guarantee an order until details are confirmed and payment is processed.

2.2. Readily Available Items: Certain items may be available for immediate purchase or short-notice pickup. Availability of these items is confirmed at the time of your order or visit.

2.3. All product images on the website are for illustration purposes only. As products are hand-baked and hand-finished, slight variations may occur.
 

3. Collection and Pickup Policy
 
3.1. No Delivery Service: Florentine Bakery does not offer a delivery service at this time.

3.2. In-Store Pickup Only: All confirmed orders must be collected in person from our designated store location during the agreed-upon pickup time window.

3.3. Responsibility for the order is transferred to the customer upon collection. Florentine Bakery is not responsible for damage that occurs once the product has left the premises.
 
4. Payments, Cancellations, and Changes
 
4.1. Order Confirmation: All bespoke orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an agreed-upon deposit. Payments are securely processed through the our payment platform.

4.2. Cancellations: If an order is cancelled, a portion of the payment may be retained to cover costs incurred. Specific cancellation timelines and refund amounts will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

4.3. Changes: Any requests for changes to a confirmed order are subject to Florentine Bakery's approval and may incur additional charges and time.
