Storage and Preparation

All of our cakes are hand-baked and hand-finished for you to enjoy, you must store your cake slice in the fridge ,use for up to 3 days.

  • Puff Pastry (Pâte Feuilletée): Flour, Butter (or other fat), Water, Salt.

  • Pastry Cream (Crème Pâtissière): Milk (or cream), Egg Yolks, Sugar, Flour/Cornstarch (for thickening), Vanilla.

  • Glaze/Garnish: Powdered Sugar (traditional) or White Fondant Glaze (often marbled with melted chocolate).
